Day 1: Cusco-MonteRosa

Early morning start for a 3 hours scenic bus ride through gorgeous Urubamba Valley and up to the highest point Malaga Pass at (14, 200 ft)where we get our bikes ready for our down hill biking along the road to reach MonteRosa Camp located in the Lucumayo Valley , as we drop in elevation we go through different ecological niches from elfin forest to tropical cloud forest with their unique flora and fauna, arriving to MonteRosa for a reconforting lunch, after you can join us for a short hike to the Inca Tambo ruins, enjoy our orchid garden or just relax in a hammock with a cold beer.Dinner and Overnight at MonteRosa Camp.Night lecture about MonteRosa Plant a Tree Project.(L. Day 2: MonteRosa-Santa Teresa

Early morning walk around MonteRosa grounds, for birds and plants as well as planting a few trees before breakfast.After a delicious breakfast we set off for a beatiful walk through tea, coffee and tropical fruit plantations to reach Huamanmarka inca ruins at mid-day.Middle afternoon drive to Santa Teresa, late afternoon visit to the delicious hot springs of Cocalmayu, overnight at Santa Teresa.(B, Box-lunch)

Day 3: Santa Teresa-Lucmabamba-Hidroelectrica

Early breakfast, departure for a 30 minute drive to reach Lucmabamba, for a beatiful 4 hour walk on a recently cleared inca trail, through beautiful tropical cloud forest having excelent western views of Machupicchu.Mid-afternoon arrival to Hidroelectrica to catch train to aguas calientes.Overnight at aguas calientes.(B, Box-lunch)

Day 4: Machupicchu-Cusco

Early breakfast, 20 minute bus ride to Machupicchu, rest of morning to explore this amazing site with your guide.Middle afternoon train ride to Ollantaytambo, on arrival bus ride to Cusco and transfer to your hotel.(B)
